Hollywood actress Andie MacDowell said she uses yoga to keep her youthful appearance despite being in her fifties.

Andie, 51, who has starred in movies such as Four Weddings And A Funeral, has been the face of L'Oreal for many years and has said she uses yoga to keep looking youthful,

She said: "It was during yoga that I started thinking about the things about myself that I really enjoy.

"Yoga is a big part of my life. It is really good for your spirit and your bones. [Yoga keeps you] strong and flexible at the same time."

Acclaimed Hindu statesman Rajan Zed has invited other Hollywood stars to explore yoga, which has been referred to as a "living fossil", as it is both a mental and physical discipline.
