Walking and Running Clubs for Women

With the early morning rain, it seemed that the race may be cancelled, but as the sun came up the weather changed and the race was a go. Speedy Sneakers Walking and Running Club members came out and had a fun time running through Glacier Ridge Metro Park. We were also entertained by "the coach" Wood Hayes impersonator. Registration opens for the 2nd Annual Willow Ridge 5k Run and Walk which will take place at Glacier Ridge Metro Park on August 22, 2009.
