We're told Lamar wants to move the Manhattan Beach house ASAP -- so he cut the realtor a check to get the staging done it to make it more presentable. November 24, 2009 Category reality tv Lamar Odom recently purchased a house for him and his new wifey Khloe Kardashian to live in. Its close to Khloe’s mommy’s house in Calabasas of course. The four million dollar pad is Mediterranean style with 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, gym, theater, pool, spa, and an outdoor cooking space with two fridges and a barbecue pit.
