Let us now get to the facts now. This is indeed Preity Zinta from the Shankar Sahney music video "Kudi Kurnuri". The song is on the TIPS music label who, I think, were also the producers of Preity's debut film Soldier. My guess is that the swimsuit scenes got left out of the final cut of the movie but were pulled out of the hat by TIPS to promote what was otherwise an obscure song by an obscure guy - he's sung a song in Sunju baba's Khauff also.
