Mario Batali's new cookbook will be out on April 6, publishing imprint Ecco announced today. Molto Gusto: Easy Italian Cooking is co-authored with Del Posto's Mark Ladner and will draw from OTTO's menu. Expect recipes for pizza, antipasti, dried pasta, and lots of gelati.
