SAMUEL L JACKSON says he was surprised when he finally made a deal with Marvel Studios to reprise his role as Nick Fury in Iron Man 2. I reported earlier that he had signed the deal, which includes an option to play the super-agent in nine subsequent Marvel films. Jackson now says that when negotiations initially failed, he had reached a point where he was sure he would never play the character again. And in the summertime I used to hand-crank the ice-cream machine, put the ice and rock salt in and give it to all...
