Sarah Palin brought the highest audience in two years to “The Oprah Winfrey Show” on Monday, according to CBS Television Distribution. Palin was on Oprah to promote her new book, “ Going Rogue .” The show was seen by 8.7 percent of households, according to Nielsen. According to CBS, it was Oprah's highest-rated episode since the Osmond family came on her show in November 2007.
