Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton will lead a U.S. delegation to Germany for next week's 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, the White House said Friday. The White House announced a delegation to Monday's ceremony that includes the U.S. ambassador to Germany, Philip Murphy, and German Marshall Fund President Craig Kennedy. Hsu is scheduled for sentencing Tuesday in Manhattan federal court. His donations became an embarrassment for then-Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton's presidential campaign.
