There, Rodney King, most famous for being beaten by the LAPD, and Simon Aouad, a former police officer turned self-proclaimed "renegade," will be facing off in a Celebrity Boxing Federation main event, this Friday, September 11, 2009.
The two met up to trash talk one another on the Howard Stern show today, with both throwing some weak verbal jabs at one another. Simon Auoad warned King, "I'm gonna beat you so bad Rodney, you're gonna wish you were in LA." King, meanwhile, promised conditioning would get him through, saying, "I've trained for this for three months."
The two will be brawling at the Philadelphia Airport Ramada Inn in this Friday night at 7:30 pm. Classy! You can see a video of Simon Auoad getting prepped for his fight below:
