Svajunas Beniuk, Lithuanian Man, Filmed Throwing Dog off Bridge
The Internet is attempting to deliver its own brand of justice today, as thousands of users of popular sites like Reddit and 4chan have tracked down Svajunas Beniuk, a Lithunian man filmed throwing a dog off a bridge. Now he has been identified and arrested by Lithuanian police, according to website 15.min.lt.

The video shows Beniuk along with at least two other people walking along a bridge. Beniuk holds a small dog in his arms, laughing. When the three men stop towards the middle of the bridge, Beniuk throws the dog over the side of the bridge.
The dog lands far below, and it can be heard whimpering. According to an email from PETA, the dog survived the fall, and it currently recuperating at veterinarians office.
