Florida Teacher Arrested a Third Time

You'd think after being arrested twice for engaging in sexual encounters with under-aged teens, you'd have the sense to stop. Not Stephanie Ragusa . The Florida teacher was arrested a third time Monday after investigators saw her leaving the house of a 16-year-old student.

This is the 29-year-old's third arrest, in six weeks. Authorities say she has continued to have sex with the teen victim since her initial March 13 and then second April 15 arrest. Ragusa is apparently very pleased with her arrests, she can be seen with the same energetic smile in all three of her mug shots.

She appeared in court for the first time yesterday to face two felony counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor. The court will put Ragusa on trial for more than 10 charges related to sexual activity involving minors.

The judge proceeding over the case ruled that the teacher would be held without bail. Maybe they should've just done that in the first place.
