As President Barack Obama's first year in office draws near its end, comedy shows have clearly started taking off the kid gloves when dealing him. For the second time this season, Saturday Night Live skewered the president for his lack of efficacy in the White House.

In the opening sketch Saturday, Fred Armisen and Will Forte portrayed Obama and Chinese President Hu Jintao speaking at a press conference where Jintao takes the president to task for criticizing China while so deeply in debt to the country. The best part? Jintao complaining through a translator that Obama is screwing him over.

Jintao (through translator): Will you kiss me?
Obama: I'm sorry?
Jintao: Will you kiss me?
Obama: I don't understand.
Jintao: I like to be kiseed when SOMEONE IS DOING SEX TO ME!

In the sketch, Jintao points out that the U.S. owes China $800 billion before questioning his plans to extend health care to the uninsured and buy "clunkers" to stimulate the economy. "You know as I listen to you I am noticing that each of your plans to save money involves spending even more money," he says. "This does not inspire confidence."

It's the 2nd time that SNL has portrayed Obama as ineffective. The first time was in the season's second episode when Obama went through a checklist of items that he'd failed to wrap up during his first year in office.
