Brendan Fraser's Awkward Clap at the Golden Globes Gets a Gwen Stefani Remix
(Getty Images | Inset from NBC)Brendan Fraser had an awkward moment at the Golden Globes with a spontaneous and funny-looking clap that surely caused some giggles at the time, but would have been neatly forgotten if it weren't for the wonderfulness of the Internet.
So instead of being forgotten a week after it happened, that funny little clap has been mashed up with Gwen Stefani's "Holla Back Girl" to create a hilarious new remix. And before you start feeling too bad for him, it looks like Brendan's laughing along with everyone else.
Of the moment caught on tape, Brendand explained to George Lopez: "The thing is you sit there, right? And there's cameras everywhere and you're there with your friends... and then the camera gets a red light over it. I was sitting there and Martin Scorcese's making his speech and I'm confused and all of a sudden there's a red light on and I just spazzed."
Guess he'll be careful not to spazz at the next awards show.
