By: Ellie Kam on November 6th, 2009 at3:07 pm An L.A. judge has just sentenced Joe Francis to time served for his two misdemeanor counts of filing false tax returns. Joe had pleaded guilty to both charges, and had previously served about a year in prison for felony tax evasion. This comes on the heels of the L.A. D.A.’s decision not to pursue criminal charges against Joe for allegedly attacking Jayde Nicole at a club earlier this year. Joe’s still facing a civil suit from Jayde for that incident.
