Cee-Lo Green's massive hit, "F--- You," seemed to take on new meaning during a set that was cut short at Coachella over the weekend. The singer was booed at one point for hitting the stage 30 minutes late for his slotted performance, his band's sound was later killed mid-song at the end of the set.
Cee-Lo, who was scheduled to play at 4:50 PM, but took the stage at 5:20 explaining, "Sorry guys, I just landed. Y'all still gonna party with me? I only have 20 minutes. It ain't my fault. They should have... given me a better time slot."

After playing his Gnarls Barkley hit "Crazy," Cee-Lo complained that the sound mix sounded "terrible," and told the audience he was being rushed. After launching into a profanity-laced rant, he said he was "pissed off too," and asked the audience to put their middle fingers in the air as he launched into "F--- You."
The set ended after a half-hearted effort at covering Journey's "Don't Stop Believin'" during which Cee-Lo threw a towel over his head and walked offstage before his band's sound was cut off. It's not the first time Coachella organizers have had to enforce their performance schedule. They once cut off Britain's Libertines after three songs after they arrived late. Hopefully Cee-Lo will have better luck on the rest of his tour.
