What an evening of craziness... from the often bizarre <a href="http://bzzn.net/10H3RDa" target="_blank">red carpet fashion</a> choices, to the <a href="http://mskywalker.buzznet.com/user/journal/17325825/2013-billboard-music-awards-best/" target="_blank">overzealous speeches</a> by teenage pop stars, to the high-production, but questionably sung performances.
