Mr. Blackburn got a reduced judgment on Eddie. Blackburn was suing for $5000 dollars, the judge gave Blackburn a judgment of $500 dollars the Sacramento Supreme Court said “Eddie was responsible for his handicapped child tossing things over the fence at the neighbors.” Eddie and his wife were outraged at such a decision.
