Girls Aloud are a British girl group created on ITV1 talent show Popstars The Rivals in 2002. The group consisting of Cheryl Cole, Nadine Coyle, Sarah Harding, Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh. They have had 15 Top 10 singles and they have already sold more than 4 million CDs. Girls Aloud had their first big hit with Sound Of The Underground.

Nadine heads for Nashville! Between now and Christmas Nadine will travel to Los Angeles, San Francisco, Ireland, New York and back to London to continue working on her new album working with producers like Kyle Cook of matchbox 20. John and Edward from X Factor and Girls Aloud singer Nadine Coyle are on the shortlist to represent Ireland at the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest but neither are favourite according to Paddy Power’s Eurovision 2010 Betting Odds. The favourite to sing for Ireland a year after they failed to reach the finals is Imelda May, she can be backed at 6/1. She is just ahead of X Factor duo John and Edward who are 8/1.
