TV's Hottest Anchors: Number Four

One hour. That's reportedly how long it took for CNN to snap up Kiran Chetry upon her release from Fox News.

In early 2007, Chetry was up for contract renewal with Fox, but things fell apart before CNN picked her up and wasted no time in putting her front-and-center in front of its sizable audience. Whether Fox couldn't promise her the prominence she desired or whether she really demanded that the network fire Gretchen Carlson, Chetry's negotiations were obviously on the rocks.

Some people have said she's hard to work with, but everyone seems to agree on her hotness. In 2006, Maxim named her one of its top ten sexiest female anchors.

On the subject of the focus on her hotness, Chetry has said: "It's not my primary focus. It's nice, it's a compliment. Sometimes, it's a little out of control."
