Cop commits suicide after stun gun death

I read the story a couple of days ago about Iman Morales , who died after being tasered while on a 10 foot ledge. It appears that the cop that gave the go ahead to kill Mr. Morales has committed suicide. He killed himself out of guilt but he also carried out a sentence that no police officer would ever receive, even though his actions were equal to pushing Mr Morales off the ledge.
