Jade McCarthy Leaves a Heartbroken Philadelphia for Boston

Jade McCarthy has been getting hearts a-flutter ever since she stepped behind the sports anchor desk at Philadelphia's NBC10. However, if they want to keep on watching McCarthy do her thing, sports fans will soon have move to Boston.

That's because McCarthy has accepted a job in Boston, working as an anchor and specialty program host for the New England Sports Network. She'll still be working at NBC10 through the end of November, before taking a well-deserved vacation. She'll begin working for NESN sometime in the coming year.

Still, it's a bitter pill for Philadelphia fans. She'll be covering Boston area sports, so instead of Eagles coverage, she'll be covering the Pats, and instead of the Phillies, she'll be looking at the Red Sox. It's so hard to say good bye.
