I've been calling for this for soooo long. I have to believe this may be more of an attempt to take the bad publicity away from the 13th Judicial District State Attorney's office than anything else but at least the dog is being returned. It's a shame that someone in a position of trust has to be badgered into doing the right thing. Well, at LEAST she CAN be badgered, some of them can't even be FORCED to do the right thing, eh?? New Feature: Peeling Back the Sewer Cover I'm going to try out a new feature.
