Do you remember The Brat Pack? They were a group of young actors and actresses that became famous in the 1980s, and they usually appeared in films together. Popular films that featured the Brat Pack were St. Elmos Fire and The Breakfast Club. The actors and actresses were: Demi Moore, Molly Ringwald, Anthony Michael Hall, Andrew McCarthy, Ally Sheedy, Rob Lowe, Judd Nelson, Emilio Estevez, Mare Winningham, James Spader, Robert Downey Jr. and Jon Cryer. At times, names like Mathew Broderick, John Cusack and Tom Cruise were also mentioned as being part of the Brat Pack.
The name Brat Pack is a nickname that was given to the group, it was a play on the RAT PACK from the 1950s and 1960s.
