Lisa Mayfield has had a criminal complaint filled in against her. She has been accused of four counts of simple assault and one count of trespassing for an incident that occurred Saturday at her stepson’s home. A court date was set for September 14 for Lisa Mayfield. She was released Sunday and was told she isn’t aloud to access any of Jeremy Mayfield’s properties.Lisa Mayfield apparently turned up at Jeremy and his wife Shana’s house after they had left for a race.
