The Royal family gathered in London this week, as the Queen unveiled a memorial statue of the Queen Mother. The royal women were of course all dresses up and looking fabulous, but it was those royal fashionista Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, who stood out the most in their designer threads. Beatrice wore a very interesting hat with a eggplant ruffled hemmed dress, and a Luella Florence bouclé jacket . It is not only celebrities who attended shows at London Fashion Week , but also royalty. Princesses Beatrice and her sister Eugenie were front row at the Issa Spring 2009 show last week, and it was older sister Beatrice who stood out. Beatrice was wearing a Issa Print Tunic ($330) with a black tank, tights and Christian Louboutin Mad Mary Janes . Her sister Eugenie, was less adventurous in an all black look. The bold tunic with a signature Issa print, is also a favourite of a soon to be royal, Kate Middleton , who is the designers unofficial muse. Ascot makes for great photos, and the bright, sunny opening day is full of women making a big effort in glamorous hats and colourful outfits. A lot of the week will be spent photographing the fashion, with today and Ladies Day on Thursday being the obvious highlights, but, outside of the racing, Ascot usually brings together a reasonable number of the Royals so it's a good opportunity to shoot the female ensemble wearing interesting hats and dresses. Sarah Ferguson took her daughters, Beatrice and Eugenie to watch the final of the Gold Cup Polo at the Santa Maria polo club in Sotogrande, Spain over the weekend. Beatrice’s boyfriend Dave Clark, who works for Richard Branson’s Virgin Galactic Group, was invited to join them on holiday proving that he has got the parental thumbs up.   Read Full Story

Forbes have released yet another 'list' this time it's the 20 Hottest Young Royals . It's a bit of a strange list regarding the female royals, how can Princess Beatrice possibly be 'hotter' than Sweden's Princess Madeline ? See her photos.
