Rihanna recently released the cover art for her new album, 'Rated R', to the celebrity news website PopEater.com .  The album, which is set to be released on Monday, Nov. 23, is Rihanna's first release since 2007's 'Good Girl Gone Bad.' Getty Images I'm trying to determine exactly what Rihanna hoped to accomplish with this haircut. I know the ex-model likes to stand out on the red carpet, which is why we've seen her experimenting with asymmetrical bobs and uberfunky short cuts. I'm usually willing to cut her some slack, strange reverse-mullets and all, but this latest 'do is just too far gone.
