AP - Embattled Democratic Sen. Blanche Lincoln of Arkansas won nomination to a third term Tuesday night, overcoming her labor-backed challenger as well as an anti-establishment tide. A second congressional incumbent, Republican Rep. Bob Inglis of South Carolina, trailed his primary rival badly and limped into a runoff.
