It's by Blues performer Andrew Tibbs. The Hobbit and the The Lord of the Rings (all Tolkien, really) was an obsession amongst early Bluesmen with copies changing hands frequently. Thanks to pelayo for uploading this video.  From what I've read in the comments, a third of users were laughing their asses off, another third of users were saying "This is highly illogical" (in those exact words), while the rest were going "what the hell was Nimoy smoking?"
