Actor Justin Long was injured in a minor car accident today, forcing him to cancel an appearance at the Savannah film festival. Long was due to promote her new film The Conspirator, co-starring Evan Rachel Wood and James McAvoy in Georgia, but called the trip off after getting into a fender bender in Los Angeles.
