Several weeks ago, we got to see some of the first ads Madonna did for Dolce & Gabbana. Her face looked jacked (as always), but they did seem to make an effort to make Madge look softer and prettier. Anyway, now we have a new batch of ads, in which Madge is playing a “sexy housewife [with a jacked face]”. Photo Agency. Fashion great Giorgio Armani is engaged in a war of words with top designers Stefano Gabbana and Domenico Dolce , Reuters reports. It all started with a pair of pants--quilted silk trousers, to be exact. At Milan Fashion Week Autumn/Winter 2009 Menswear, Dolce & Gabbana showed a pair that looked strikingly similar to a design featured by Armani the following day. The snarky accusations commenced. Last week, it was announced that Madonna was being replaced as the face (or “the gristle”) of Louis Vuitton . The new face is Lara Stone, 25 years old. Hard knocks, or it could be that Madge was only signed up for one campaign, and Vuitton just got someone new with no prejudice toward Madge and the massive amount of Photoshop it took to get her looking less gristly .
