The Arizona Multiple Listing Service released its monthly statistical report on November 4, 2011 and it appears that the market is improving, albeit modestly.
Total sales in October 2011 were 14.7% higher than for the same period last year. While sales were lower in October than they were in June that is to be expected as that is typical for the Phoenix market.
