By: Ellie Kam on November 19th, 2009 at10:20 am Michael Jackson’s former wife, Debbie Rowe was hit with a small claims lawsuit yesterday from a photographer who accused her of lying to cops about his actions outside of a Chinese restaurant in July. Debbie told the police that photog Ed Frommer scratched her, grabbed her arm, and hit her in the back. Ed claims that he didn’t scratch Debbie, and that all of the other physical contact was unintentional. He’s asking for $7,500 for his troubles. Read Full Story
