On Thursday evening, the  charmingly cartoonish Katy Perry hosted the MTV Europe Music Awards in Berlin, surprising the audience with an arsenal of colorful and kooky outfits during her presentations. Several of her looks were fairly demure, however, including this white feathered dress by celebrity favorite Marchesa. The "Hot N Cold" singer held the party at The Sunset Beach nightclub in Los Angeles and guests at the party, who had been told to wear white, were covered head-to-toe in paint.
