Real estate market worldwide is overheated, USA economy is slow down becoz of two small wars, which has shaked its Micro-economy means you can see small cyclical recssions in different sectors, interest rate senstive sectors are highly prone to these factors. Federal Bank has printed billions of Bills ($) to compensate the wars,So as Dollar is depreciating against the all GEMs currencies.As soon as iraq cools down, Dollar will start appreciating and you can see the softening of the interest Rates. All the major markets will see marginal upside and consolidate with some short corrections. Year 2008-09 will be crusing.

I just hope you right however I am not as rosy as you. Number one we will not leave Iraq any time too soon. We will probably be in Dafur soon. As long as we have a war loving President in office that sees any opportunity to get his greedy hands on OIL we will be in war. Of course we could see a good war economy as we expand our wars! What the main problem is are the Ygeners who are what I call The Entitlement Society that believe they have to have every thing they desire without the consequences.
