Gov. Bobby Jindal's response to President Obama's on 2/24/09:
Here in my state of Louisiana, we don't care what party you belong to, if you have good ideas to make life better for our people.
I guess Governor Jiindal hasn't heard any good ideas since this photo was taken in late 2008.
