In legal documents filed at a Los Angeles court on Monday, the US Internal Revenue Service (IRS) claims that the brother of Backstreet Boy Nick Carter owes $1,010,635.08 in back taxes. According to court docs, the unpaid taxes stemmed from the 2003 and 2006 tax years.
