Nicely how they do it generally just requires one or more fingers trapped in the again of the throat to bring about a gag reflex and induce vomiting. Individuals with bulimia never just just throw up, they also take in to the point where their entire body makes them throw up.

If you want to know why… nicely that is difficult. It typically stems from a deep psychological situation related to reduced self esteem and a very poor self image. Some really get addicted to ingesting by itself.
