Once again, the Miami Dolphins had to pull unicorns and rainbows out their asses to keep from losing to a two-win team. But pull the magic from their bottoms they did, as they took down the hapless St. Louis Rams 16-12, for their seventh win of the season. Drive killing penalties, a stagnant...  

Plucky wide receiver Dane Looker deserves a shout-out from all Rams fans. Looker, who is in his eighth NFL season, seems to be in a battle every summer to land a roster spot, and yet he always does.  

For the first time in several weeks, the St. Louis Rams had the nucleus of their offense at their disposal Sunday against the Dolphins at the Edward Jones Dome. The potency of that offense is questionable, however, because the Rams came into the game as the NFL's lowest-scoring team.  

A 91-yard touchdown drive was the second-longest of the season by Miami, but overall there was nothing special about Miami's offense on Sunday.  

Chad Pennington wasn't exactly off target, but any day Ronnie Brown has a better rating and completion percentage is not a great day for the regular quarterback.
