Call in the blue! Actress Ana Ortiz and her husband, Noah Lebenzon, welcomed their son Rafael on Saturday, according to People. Details of the baby? Rafael weight in at 7 lbs, 7 oz and measured 20 inches long. So far the name chosen is Rafael but the couple are still deciding on a middle name.
