Thomas Dunlap an attorney in Washington is under fire after  he attempted to sell a video tape of Ashley Biden the 27-year-old daughter of Vice President Joe Biden at a party she attended in Delaware in Feb. 2009.

According to sources, The New York Post  claims that Dunlap showed 90 seconds of the 43-minute video in which purportedly shows someone which appeared to be snorting two lines of a white powdery substance which looks like cocaine.  The newspaper told sources that the original price which the seller was asking was $2 million however, it was then lowered o $400,000.
