(Getty) Ashley Judd's husband Dario Franchitti is on the mend after a scary crash Sunday during an IndyCar street race. About a dozen spectators and a race official were injured in the violent crash that occurred after Franchitti's car went airborne and crashed into a fence sending debris flying into the grandstands. The race car driver was taken to Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center where he was treated for a spinal fracture, concussion, and broken ankle.
