Ashley Dupre's $10M Suit Vs. Girls Gone Wild Is Pending

Francis prematurely claimed Dupre was giving up on her $10 million suit and would also soon apologize to him for filing it. But Dupre is still pursuing the case, insists her Florida lawyer Richard Wolfe. The deposition was only postponed, apparently in an effort to accommodate vacations and reach an out-of-court settlement. Read More.
