Boeing 787 Dreamliner TOKYO — Japan Airlines (JAL) on Wednesday said it had ordered 10 new Boeing Dreamliner aircraft as it looks to build on its recovery from bankruptcy and fight off the threat from an emerging budget sector. Lion Air NEW YORK — Boeing has locked in its biggest order ever with a little-known airline halfway around the world. The Chicago airplane manufacturer said Tuesday that it has finalized an order from Indonesian carrier Lion Air for 230 planes — worth a combined $22.4 billion. Rolls-Royce opens largest Asian facility

Aircraft engine giant Rolls-Royce opened its largest Asian facility in Singapore on Monday as it looks to capitalise on the region's booming aviation sector.
