Britney Spears Wants To Get Married To Jason Trawick

KENTWOOD, La., Nov.8 (TOTI) --

Britney Spears might have a bit of a troubled past, but the Circus pop star and mother of two sons wants to give love another chance and is ready to marry her agent and boyfriend, Jason Trawick.

Love has spilled over the professional relationship that Spears, 27, and Trawick, 37, share and Britney is hoping this relationship might be for keeps. Life & Style reports, "Britney told Jamie and Lynne she wants to marry Jason."

Her parents, understandably, are concerned about her desires to marry. Britney has been under the conservatorship of her father, Jamie, since
January 2008. Prior to his conservatorship, Britney Spears had several bouts of odd behavior, including shaving her head and attacking a paparazzi with an umbrella. The final straw was when she refused to allow her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, to take their young sons, Sean and Jayden, from her home after a scheduled visitation.

An insider told the tabloid, "They're worried Britney is confusing close friendship with romance."

Despite her parent's opinions in the matter, the source continued, "She says Jason makes her feel safe and loved."

Although official wedding plans are not in the works, the mag reports that Britney wants to get married at her mother's house in Kentwood, Louisiana.
"Britney wants to take time planning it, though. She keeps talking about wanting this marriage to last - so the wedding has to be just right."

Britney has been married twice. She first married a childhood friend, Jason Alexander, in a quicky Las Vegas wedding chapel in 2004. That marriage was
annulled 55 hours after the ceremony was conducted. Her second marriage to the father of her two sons, Kevin Federline ended in divorce in 2007. Federline currently has custody of the boys. Along with love, Brit is hoping that another marriage might solidify her chances of getting her sons back.

"Jason is wonderful with the boys. Britney has no fears about his being a daddy." The source continued, "The more stable Brit looks, the better she thinks her chances are of getting the boys back. That's another reason she wants to get married again."
