Reality TV Producer Bruce Beresford Redman Suspected of Killing Wife
A veteran reality television producer is now a suspect after his wife was found dead in Cancun, Mexico.
Bruce Beresford-Redman, who has worked as a both producer and co-executive producer on the reality TV show Survivor and as executive producer of The Contender, and also co-created Pimp My Ride on MTV, is being investigated by Mexican police in death of his wife, Monica Beresford-Redman.
Her body was discovered on Thursday morning, having been reported as missing on Monday. She had been staying at the Hotel Moon Palace with her husband and two children.
Prosecutor Francisco Alor says, "The husband seems to be responsible."
Bruce Beresford-Redman said as recently as this morning, "I’m very hopeful someone will find my wife very soon. She still hasn’t been located and we’re looking."
