SITE MANAGER Job Scope & Responsibility: • To manage site activities and to achieve all parameters set in the budget. • To liaise with customers on all issues related to the operation on site. • To identify the opportunity of work site and develop the prospect together with support from Jakarta. SITE SUPERINTENDENT Job Scope & Responsibility: • Plan, lead, develop and coordinate the subordinates in carrying out daily operations in accordance with the procedures and targets. • Handling sales of company s products and maintain good relations with customers. Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent. • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia. • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Good knowledge in welding process / fabrication, machining (especially line boring). • Good knowledge in heavy equipment repair or fabrication. • Good knowledge in metallurgy or failure analysis. • Good selling skills and strong leadership. • Willing to be placed in Samarinda/Satui. • Full-Time positions available. SITE SUPERVISOR Job Scope & Responsibility: • Examine work orders, monitor, evaluate and coordinate the execution of daily operations in accordance with production stages and scope of work that has been determined. • Handling sales of company s products and maintain good relations with customers. Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent. • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia. • At least 4 years experience, particularly in steel construction, conveyor and piping. • At least 1 year experience in project estimation. • Have selling skills and strong leadership. • Able to operate computer applications (AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc). • Willing to be placed in Samarinda/Satui. • Full-Time positions available. PURCHASING SUPERVISOR Job Scope & Responsibility: • As a Leader on Purchasing, must Plan & Organize All Purchasing duties in supporting SCM/Operation process, within Schedule, Quality, Budget as assigned. • Procure Goods Ordered, such as steel-materials, consumables, spare-part, stationary, etc and including subcontract-service & ASSETs in accordance with company requirements. • Execute negotiation on price, Term of payment, type of contract and its delivery time based on requirements. • Coordinate & Supervise his task-force since Create/Controlling Purchase Request, Sourcing/RFQ and Create Purchase Order, until Approved PO then following-up its expediting up until well received in Warehouse. • Review & Analyze his team & vendor/supplier performance periodically, provide in reporting & if necessary feedback/advice to improve both the process/progress and skill, as one of his control-task/responsibility. • Liaise with intern sub-dept, including Finance & EXIM to make the works run properly. • Report to Operation Manager. Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree, Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial). • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia. • At least 5 years experience, particularly in Procurement Steel/Metal Fab/Industry. • Strong leadership skill. • Good Analytical & Negotiation skill. • Good Integrity. • Posses EXIM experience/knowledge is advantage. • Familiar with SAP, MM Module for purchasing more preferable. • Able to operate computer applications (MS. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR Job Scope & Responsibility: • As a Leader on Production, must Plan & Organize production activity at shop/field based on targeted Work-Order for all related steel fabrications/repair works within Schedule, Quality, Budget as assigned. • Review & Analyze his team performance periodically, provide in reporting & if necessary feedback/advice to improve both the process/progress and skill, as one of his control-task/responsibility. • Assist/handle supervision work when required during (site) supervisor on leave/out office. • Coordinate among intern sub-dept to make the works run properly. • Advising Ext. Customer if necessary relate to job given. • Report to Operation Manager. Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding). • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia. • At least 4 years experience, particularly in steel fabrication & machining. • Comprehending setting/welding knowledge. • Strong leadership skill. • Willing to do more, High commitment. • Able to operate computer applications (AutoCAD, MS.Office, MS.Project, MS.Powerpoint, etc). • Full-Time positions available. SALES ENGINEER Job Scope & Responsibility : • Ensure all sales potential within certain sales territory is handled according to marketing strategy and sales target. • Ensure accurate information of customer need and the availability of future customer need. • Ensure customer complaint is handled professionally and ensure the availability customer satisfaction data. Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent. • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia. • Able to operate Microsoft office. • Have a good communication skill & negotiation skill. • Product knowledge about mining heavy equipment (is a must). • Good knowledge in heavy equipment repair or fabrication. • Willing to be placed in Samarinda. • Full-Time positions available. QA OFFICER Job Scope & Responsibility: • Establish, Maintain and Improve Quality Management System on Site. • Establish, Maintain and Improve Business Process. • Establish Continuous Improvement Program to improve current Business Process. Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor s Degree, Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent. • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia. • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Have knowledge in business process, ISO 9001 • Experience in implement QMS, Six Sigma Black Belt. • Experience as quality internal auditor. • Willing to be placed in Sumbawa and Timika. • Full-Time positions available.
