The Central Coast of California stretches from Santa Barbara County through San Luis Obispo County up to Monterey County. Known for its mild weather year round, this stretch of coastline is one of the most beautiful areas of the world.
The Central Coast is not going to be part of the 2010 Amgen Tour of California, according to an official announcement made Thursday morning.It's the first time the cycling race's inception that it will skip San Luis Obispo County.
