Callie Rogers, British Teen Lotto Winner, Is Broke at 22
Callie Rogers, the second youngest person to win the lottory in the UK, is broke at 22. Rogers was 16 when she won the £1.9 million jackpot, worth about $3.1 million.

According to the NY Daily News, Rogers blames the overnight money for the unhappiness she's endured over the years. "My life is a shambles and hopefully now it [the lottery jackpot] has all gone I can find some happiness. It's brought me nothing but unhappiness. It's ruined my life."
