With the engine cool, remove the engine cover and the components that are highlighted red in the picture below. Remove the mounting rubber grommets from the piping and save for re-installation (highlighted green).
Install the provided 1/8” NPT to 3/16” Barbed Fitting (GTM-084-2) into the underside of the GTM turbo to intercooler pipe (GTM-F15-IC-02). Attach the 2.5” Hump Coupler (GTM-043-7-7) to the intercooler inlet with a 67 – 75mm T-Bolt Clamp (GTM-050-7). Install the GTM turbo to intercooler pipe between the intercooler and turbocharger outlet. Note: it may require some maneuvering to get the piping flange to drop onto the turbocharger outlet flange. Secure the pipe with the supplied M8 nuts on the turbo side and a second t-bolt clamp on the intercooler side. Install the factory mounting rubber grommets onto the GTM intercooler pipe.
Connect the boost line from the factory boost control solenoid (or aftermarket controller) to the previously installed barb fitting. Remove the bolt from the ignition coil shown below and replace it with the supplied stud. Use one of the supplied M6 nuts and torque to 62 inch pounds. Install the supplied M6 washer and mount the factory boost solenoid as shown. Install the second M6 nut and tighten to secure the solenoid.
Attach the 2.75” to 2.5” 90 degree transition coupler to the end of the throttle body pipe with the IAT/MAF sensor flange. Slide the coupler over the throttle body. Underneath the car, connect the smaller 90 degree transition coupler to the intercooler. Secure the couplers with the supplied T-bolt clamps. Make sure to use the largest T-bolt on the throttle body connection and the smallest T-bolt on the intercooler connection. Re-install the bypass valve, rubber mounting grommet, IAT/MAF sensor, and engine cover.
