Estonian model Carmen Kass covers the January 2012 issue of Elle Portugal. Carmen, who gained fame in 1999 when she opened the Victoria's Secret Fashion show, has had a bit of a career resurgence of late, covering the September 2011 issues of Elle Spain and Elle Argentina.
